Senior Administrator
Our client is an established professional services firm with an international presence, providing a broad range of financial and business advisory services to owner-managed businesses, private individuals, and larger organisations.   Role Purpose Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the administration team to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
  • Working with senior management and the wider team to document roles and responsibilities of the department.
  • Special ad-hoc projects as requested by management.
  • Providing cover for other members of staff while on leave including:
    • Coordinating meeting rooms and office facilities
    • Managing reception and acting as the first point of contact for visitors
    • Providing high-level administrative support across teams
    • Supporting AML and compliance processes (training provided)
    • Processing bank payments and assisting with finance administration
    • Managing couriers, taxis, travel bookings, and office supplies
    • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
    • Supporting internal coordination and day-to-day office operations
Experience & Qualifications:
Our client is looking for a mature, proactive, and adaptable individual with strong organisational skills and a can-do attitude.

Candidates will ideally have:
  • Previous senior administration or office management experience
  • Experience within a professional services environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and working with larger organisations
  • Strong Microsoft Office and systems skills
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
  • AML or finance administration exposure would be beneficial, but full training will be provided
