Role Purpose Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the administration team to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Working with senior management and the wider team to document roles and responsibilities of the department.
- Special ad-hoc projects as requested by management.
- Providing cover for other members of staff while on leave including:
- Coordinating meeting rooms and office facilities
- Managing reception and acting as the first point of contact for visitors
- Providing high-level administrative support across teams
- Supporting AML and compliance processes (training provided)
- Processing bank payments and assisting with finance administration
- Managing couriers, taxis, travel bookings, and office supplies
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting internal coordination and day-to-day office operations
Our client is looking for a mature, proactive, and adaptable individual with strong organisational skills and a can-do attitude.
Candidates will ideally have:
- Previous senior administration or office management experience
- Experience within a professional services environment
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and working with larger organisations
- Strong Microsoft Office and systems skills
- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
- AML or finance administration exposure would be beneficial, but full training will be provided
