Key Responsibilities:Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of new financial systems or ERP platforms.Streamline existing financial workflows and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.Set clear goals, provide performance feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular financial reports and dashboards.Assumption of ad hoc projects and cross-divisional financial support of the managing directors.Participation in inter-company reconciliations and ensuring the correct internal settlement of transactions. What You Bring:Over 5 years of experience in a similar role, including demonstrated leadership responsibilities.Demonstrated expertise in streamlining financial processes, particularly within receivables management and core accounting operations.Proven ability to implement new processes and drive change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.Experienced in collaborating with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
