- Functional analysis and interviews
- Economic benchmarking and pricing analysis
- Cross-border financing and interest benchmarking
- Thin capitalisation matters
- Transfer Pricing advisory and planning
- UK legislation and OECD developments
What they're looking for
- Proven Transfer Pricing experience at Manager level
- Experience gained within professional services or industry
- Strong understanding of UK Transfer Pricing legislation and OECD guidelines
- Experience with functional analysis and TP documentation
- Exposure to benchmarking and intercompany financing
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Experience mentoring or developing junior colleagues
- ACA, ACCA, CA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent qualification is desirable
- £55,000–£60,000 salary
- Hybrid working
- Broad exposure to multinational clients
- Interesting international and cross-border projects
- Growing specialist Transfer Pricing team
- Clear progression opportunities
- Ongoing technical and professional development
- Opportunity to contribute to the growth and direction of the team
- A collaborative environment that encourages new ideas and smarter ways of working
And yes, I know your inbox is probably full of recruiters telling you about their "fantastic opportunities". So I'll keep this one simple — if you're good at Transfer Pricing, I'd like to hear from you. 👋
