Transfer Pricing Manager | United Kingdom | Hybrid | £55,000–£60,000

Transfer Pricing professionals — this one might actually be worth opening.

I'm working with a growing professional services firm looking to appoint an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to join its specialist Tax team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take their Transfer Pricing career to the next level, with exposure to multinational clients, complex cross-border transactions and genuine advisory work — not just producing documentation on repeat.

The role

You'll work across a varied portfolio of Transfer Pricing engagements, taking ownership of projects and building strong relationships with clients.

Your experience will be used across areas including:
  • Transfer Pricing policy design, implementation and review
  • Local Files, Master Files and wider TP documentation
  • Functional analysis and interviews
  • Economic benchmarking and pricing analysis
  • Cross-border financing and interest benchmarking
  • Thin capitalisation matters
  • Transfer Pricing advisory and planning
  • UK legislation and OECD developments
You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in business development, work alongside specialists across Tax, Audit and Corporate Finance, and mentor more junior members of the team.

What they're looking for

  • Proven Transfer Pricing experience at Manager level
  • Experience gained within professional services or industry
  • Strong understanding of UK Transfer Pricing legislation and OECD guidelines
  • Experience with functional analysis and TP documentation
  • Exposure to benchmarking and intercompany financing
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Experience mentoring or developing junior colleagues
  • ACA, ACCA, CA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent qualification is desirable
Why consider it?
  • £55,000–£60,000 salary
  • Hybrid working
  • Broad exposure to multinational clients
  • Interesting international and cross-border projects
  • Growing specialist Transfer Pricing team
  • Clear progression opportunities
  • Ongoing technical and professional development
  • Opportunity to contribute to the growth and direction of the team
  • A collaborative environment that encourages new ideas and smarter ways of working
If you're an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager and you're starting to wonder whether your current role is really giving you the progression and exposure you want, it could be worth a conversation.

And yes, I know your inbox is probably full of recruiters telling you about their "fantastic opportunities". So I'll keep this one simple — if you're good at Transfer Pricing, I'd like to hear from you. 👋
