We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to join a growing People Consultancy team in Aberdeen. Whether you’re moving from an internal HR role into consultancy or looking to take the next step in your consultancy career, this role offers variety, autonomy and genuine opportunity to progress.
You’ll work with a diverse range of businesses, becoming a trusted HR adviser to managers and leadership teams. Your work will span employee relations, employment law, performance, absence, recruitment, policies and wider people initiatives, giving you exposure to different sectors and challenges.
As you develop, you’ll take greater ownership of client relationships, support more complex projects and mentor colleagues within the team.
What we’re looking for
- You’ll have 4+ years’ HR experience, strong employee relations and employment law knowledge, and the confidence to advise managers and senior stakeholders. Level 7 CIPD is preferred, or you should be willing to work towards it.
- You’ll be commercially aware, organised and solutions-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver practical advice.
- A full driving licence and access to your own car is essential due to client-site travel.
You’ll be part of a 1,000+ strong professional services group across the UK, Ireland and USA, with access to expertise across HR, finance, tax, audit, corporate finance and wealth management.
