You’ll support clients across a range of sectors with day-to-day HR, employee relations, employment legislation, policies and people projects. The variety means you’ll gain exposure to HR challenges you may not encounter in an internal role, while building strong client relationships along the way.
You’ll work closely with experienced Senior Consultants, giving you the support to develop your consultancy skills while taking ownership of your own work.
What we’re looking for
- You’ll have 2+ years’ HR experience, a good understanding of employee relations and employment legislation, and ideally some CIPD experience or qualification.
- We’re looking for someone who is confident communicating with people, organised, practical and keen to keep developing their HR career.
- A full driving licence and access to a car is essential due to client-site travel.
