I’m currently recruiting for a Project Support Coordinator with a Wealth Management background to join a growing Integration & Transformation function. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with around 1 year’s experience who is looking to build a career in project management, PMO or transformation. You’ll work closely with a Senior Programme Manager, supporting live integration projects and helping to keep key workstreams organised, on track and properly documented.
The role will involve:
- Maintaining project plans, trackers and RAID logs
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and actions
- Tracking risks, issues and actions
- Supporting project reporting and governance updates
- Maintaining project documentation and Teams/SharePoint repositories
- Liaising with stakeholders and following up on actions
- Providing coordination support across multiple workstreams
- Wealth Management experience is essential, but extensive project experience is not.
- This role would suit someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and keen to develop. You may be a recent graduate with relevant Wealth experience, or have around a year’s experience in areas such as Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Investment Management or Private Banking
- You’ll need strong attention to detail, good communication skills, confidence with Microsoft Office and, most importantly, a proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Previous PMO or project experience, along with exposure to Power BI, SharePoint or AI tools such as Copilot, would be advantageous but is not essential.
- This is an opportunity to gain genuine exposure to integration and transformation projects, work with senior stakeholders and build a strong foundation for a career in project and programme management.
- Salary: Up to £32,000
- Contract: 3 months, with potential to become permanent
- Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office
If you have a Wealth background and are looking for your next step, I’d be interested in hearing from you.
