Are you an experienced regulatory and risk professional looking to take the next step in your career within a leading professional services environment? This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse range of financial services clients, advising on complex regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and compliance challenges.
You'll work across high-impact client engagements, helping organisations navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape while developing your advisory expertise and working closely with senior stakeholders.
Your Role:
- Provide regulatory and risk expertise to financial services clients across areas including Consumer Protection, Conduct Risk, and Operational/Enterprise risk frameworks.
- Advise clients on regulatory obligations and support the interpretation and implementation of new requirements.
- Design and enhance compliance and risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Plan and manage client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery against agreed deadlines.
- Develop and deliver tailored regulatory training programmes.
- Contribute to business development and help identify opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
About You:
- Strong regulatory, compliance, or risk experience within a regulated financial institution or a professional services/advisory environment.
- Strong understanding of Irish financial services regulation, areas such Consumer Protection, Conduct Risk, Operational Risk, and Fitness & Probity
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
- Commercially aware with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
