Great opportunity to work with an exciting business who have seen continued, steady growth over the last few years. The Irish business is a key part of their global operation and an area of the business that they want to continue to build out and that they see as a hub for their European expansion and commercial goals.
You will report to the Head of Testing who leads testing across the group. This is a hands-on, 2nd line of defence, individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will be responsible for end-to-end compliance testing across the business.
Your Role:
- Design effective compliance testing plans of processes, controls, and governance frameworks
- Execute end-to-end testing and present final reports to the business
- Provide key insights and advice to the business based on your findings
- Support the broader compliance team with compliance risk assessments
- Ensure issues are tracked and corrective actions are taken
About You:
- 8+ years experience in a Compliance/Audit/Assurance testing based role
- Experience interacting with the Central Bank of Ireland is highly beneficial
- Experience designing and executing testing plans
- Experience working in a regulated financial services business - Banking would be preferred
- Strong report writing ability and experience
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to effectively challenge and influence business stakeholders
