Charis Cosmas

Charis is an Associate Director specialising in facades, complex structures, and sustainability in the world-leading engineering consultancy Eckersley O’Callaghan. She has wide experience in leading a number of complex and diverse schemes across a variety of sectors and markets, tailoring her approach to client and project-specific drivers. From small niche buildings to large masterplans to multi-programme portfolios, she has a strong track record of delivering high-quality, integrated design solutions, balanced with buildability, programme and cost. She has lived and worked across the globe, specifically in the UK, Middle East, China and Southeast Asia, and has a passion for exploring the world and different cultures. Charis also enjoys teaching and empowering others to reach their potential, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity, both within EOC and within the wider AEC industry community.​

Gregory Yianni

Gregory joined JTC in 2022 with a significant background in sustainability. His current role focuses on expanding the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) services offering within JTC to support new and existing clients with their own ESG strategy formation and policy implementation as well as navigating ESG reporting requirements.

Previously at PwC in London, Gregory specialised in working with private equity and financial services clients on a variety of ESG / sustainability projects linked with investments and portfolios within multiple sectors. Some of these projects included designing and delivering training to senior leadership teams in key areas of climate risk, ESG reporting landscape and future impact of TCFD. He is also an ICAEW Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in external audit and ESG assurance of a range of companies including in the renewables and utilities sector.

Sabina Pasha

Sabina is an Investor at Frog Capital, a Growth Capital fund based in London focussing on disruptive European scale-up software businesses. Her focus is on deal origination, due diligence, and execution of new deals, with a specific emphasis on sustainable businesses that are making a positive impact.

Martin Fent

Martin is a highly experienced Risk Management and Banking professional. He is Chief Risk Officer of Cynergy Bank- a leading human digital bank for entrepreneurs and SME businesses. Martin has held a number of Risk Management roles in his Career across Private and Commercial Banking, which has included 14 years at NatWest and 6 years at Barclays. His areas of expertise include Credit Risk, Conduct Risk, Portfolio Management and Restructuring. Outside of work Martin is kept busy with family and playing and watching his favourite sports.
