Having worked with companies like Compare The Market, River Island, and the semiconductor giant ARM, Aylin specialises in embedding scalable people and communication infrastructures. She helps founders and leadership teams unlock clarity, capacity, and cohesion—whether preparing for funding, navigating transitions, high growth with employer branding or building inclusive, high-performing teams.
Aylin is an advocate for the inclusion of neurodivergent individuals and the future of work.
Alison Coward is the founder of Bracket, a consultancy that partners with ambitious, forward-thinking companies to help them build high-performing team cultures. She is a team culture strategist, workshop facilitator, trainer, keynote speaker and author of “Workshop Culture: a guide to building teams that thrive” and “A Pocket Guide to Effective Workshops”. Clients include: Google, Meta, Wellcome and the V&A. With 20 years’ experience working in, leading and facilitating creative teams, Alison is passionate about finding the balance between creativity, productivity and collaboration so that teams can thrive and do their best work together.
Tracy Stanton is an experienced executive coach, passionate about helping leaders and teams unlock their potential for sustained success. With over 20 years of leadership experience in Human Capital Management, Tracy has a proven track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and fostering diversity across organizations.
Formerly Senior Vice President of Client Services EMEA at Magnit and Divisional Vice President of Sales at ADP, Tracy has consistently achieved exceptional sales results and led transformational change across global teams. She has mentored leaders, launched new services, and championed diversity initiatives, making a lasting impact on every organization she’s been part of.
Currently focusing on her career as an executive coach, Tracy is completing an Executive Coaching Program at Ashridge and works with leaders to develop their capabilities and build more inclusive, high-performing teams. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in strategic thinking, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
Barbara Lisa is the Change and Transformation Director at Beyond Gravity, where she brings two decades of transformation experience, primarily in the digital context. She worked in leadership positions driving transformation for global businesses like British Petroleum, World Health Organization, and Roche to name a few, and she also set up an international business at the age of 24 which she later sold to pursue a consulting career.
Barbara holds an LLB and LLM from Charles University Prague, legal diploma from University of Cambridge, and an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School, City University, London.
She is a passionate traveller, a TEDx speaker and was voted the most inspirational woman in Slovakia in 2020. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, art, gardening, and supporting charitable causes for children’s education and displaced people.
Nicholas Creswell (he/him) has spent the past 30 years shaping culture, talent, and HR strategy in global leadership roles across a variety of sectors — from food (United Biscuits) and professional services (Korn Ferry), to tech (Google), information services (Thomson Reuters), and most recently, renewables (Ørsted).
Earlier in his career — and during his MBA at London Business School — he broadened his experience by holding a range of commercial positions.
Nick seeks to bring out the best in people, teams, and organisations. To do so, he taps into energy, connection and innovation and a strong belief in human potential — especially in growth environments.
