I'm working with a growing, multi-entity company (head office in Zurich) that is currently active in M&A and scaling up its finance function, to find an experienced FP&A Manager. You'll own group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and rolling cash flow planning, build out P&L/balance sheet/KPI reporting, and act as a business partner to local finance leads as well as the CFO and CEO. The company is currently implementing a new ERP system alongside a consolidation tool, so experience with a similar implementation, ideally including LucaNet or another consolidation tool, would be a strong plus. What we're looking for:Several years in FP&A, Controlling, or Corporate FinanceStrong forecasting and modeling skillsExperience with ERP systems; consolidation tool experience (LucaNet preferred) is a real advantageComfortable operating in a group structure with multiple entities, ideally with exposure to M&A / post-acquisition integrationFluent German is a must, along with strong EnglishIf this sounds like a fit or you know someone who might be interested, I'd love to have a confidential chat.
