  • Coordinating HR integration activities relating to people processes, policies, systems, employee information and organisational changes.
  • Preparing project reports, dashboards, presentations and updates for senior HR and M&A stakeholders.
  • Organising meetings and workshops, recording decisions and ensuring actions are followed through.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee and transaction documentation.
  • Identifying potential delays and escalating risks to ensure successful delivery of HR integration activities.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in HR project coordination, HR administration, HR operations or PMO support.
  • Exposure to M&A, mergers, acquisitions, HR integration or business transformation projects.
  • An understanding of HR processes and the people-related considerations involved in bringing businesses together.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing project plans, trackers, reporting and multiple stakeholder requirements.
  • Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
