We are delighted to announce a new collaboration with Independent Audit, designed to support boards in Ireland with both governance effectiveness and talent considerations.

The collaboration brings together Independent Audit’s expertise in board evaluation and governance with Broadgate’s knowledge of board-level recruitment and leadership dynamics. Together, the firms will host “The Conversationalist Series” — a programme of roundtables designed to create space for open dialogue among Chairs, Non-Executive Directors, Company Secretaries and CROs on the evolving challenges facing boards today.

This collaboration is about bringing complementary perspectives to market conversations. With regulation, talent pipelines and boardroom effectiveness under sharper scrutiny than ever, both organisations believe boards benefit when diverse expertise is shared constructively.  Each firm will continue to provide its services independently to clients.

“Boards in Ireland and the UK are facing unprecedented pressures,” said Jonathan Hayward, Co-founder Independent Audit Limited. “By combining governance insights with leadership and recruitment perspectives, we can help boards prepare more effectively for the future—while retaining our independence.”

Ben Adams, Managing Director of Broadgate added: “This collaboration gives boards the opportunity to hear from two trusted voices in governance and leadership, and to share experiences with peers. Together, we want to raise the quality of debate in the boardroom.”
