She has served as a Talent Acquisition Partner covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa, conducting full-cycle hiring across fund administration, fund management, private equity, hedge funds, middle-office and back-office services. She has also led recruitment for newly established business divisions, specialising in the end-to-end sourcing of experienced consultants in both the US and UK. 

Melanie now brings this expertise to Broadgate, where she works as a Senior Search Consultant specialising in Audit, Tax, Accounting and Corporate Finance recruitment across a range of sectors in the UK.

Payroll Advisor (Scotland - Glasgow, Aberdeen, Edenburgh or Stirling | Hybrid) We are seeking an experienced Payroll Advisor to join our payroll team. In this role you will have a lead role in the building and maintaining of client relationships whilst being actively involved in the day-to-day planning, processing and development of the team.
