What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of day-to-day project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project interdependencies
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and governance updates for leadership
- Support the standardisation of project management best practices within the IT function
- Engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years’ project management experience, ideally in business integration or transformation
- Task-focused, proactive, and able to operate independently in a dynamic environment
- Strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple priorities
- Confident communicator and collaborator across all levels
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Teams, or Power BI
- Agile / PRINCE2 certification or consulting exposure is a plus
