A fast-growing professional services group is seeking a UK Programme Manager to lead the integration of newly acquired businesses. The organisation is experiencing accelerated growth and is building out its UK integration capability. This is a newly created role within a growing integration team and offers the opportunity to shape process, influence stakeholders, and play a key role in business transformation.
The Role
- Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of UK acquisition integrations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to governance standards.
- Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will adapt an existing integration playbook to suit each acquisition’s unique needs - from legacy systems and operational models to cultural and stakeholder dynamics.
- This role combines structured programme delivery with the flexibility and judgement required in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end integration of UK acquisitions
- Adapt integration frameworks to suit individual business requirements
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across IT, operations and leadership
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements within a growing integration function
- Manage risks and ensure effective governance and reporting
- Facilitate design discussions and decision-making across senior stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience delivering complex integration or transformation projects
- Experience in post-merger integration or acquisition-led environments is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across multiple levels
- A people-first approach - able to manage the human side of change
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable operating in evolving or ambiguous environments
- Able to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Agile or formal project management certification beneficial
