We’re looking for a UK Payroll Analyst to join a busy, well-established payroll team supporting a large portfolio of clients across Scotland and beyond. This is a hands-on, multi-client role where you’ll be right at the centre of monthly payroll delivery—no two days will look the same.

- You’ll also work across different payroll systems and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong client service.
- Payroll experience (bureau, shared service, or multi-site in-house experience all welcome)
- Confidence managing multiple deadlines and client payrolls
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Good communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
