Relationship Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are working with a leading financial services and digital assets firm seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join its growing Abu Dhabi team.

This role offers the opportunity to manage and develop high-value client relationships across the UAE and wider GCC region. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them throughout the entire lifecycle, from onboarding and account management through to identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of service and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client portfolios through cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial and digital asset solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end client journey, including onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Work closely with Business Development teams to convert prospective clients into long-term relationships.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the firm's product offering and market developments within financial services and digital assets.
  • Support client onboarding by reviewing complex ownership structures, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate client records, pipeline activity, and management reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, corporate banking, fintech, or digital asset businesses.
  • Strong client-facing skills with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Understanding of onboarding processes, KYC requirements, and client documentation within regulated financial environments.
  • Established network across family offices, high-net-worth individuals, asset managers, hedge funds, or corporate clients would be advantageous.
  • Strong interest in financial markets, digital assets, and emerging financial technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Fluent English is required; Arabic would be advantageous but is not essential.
Desirable
  • Existing relationships within the UAE and GCC financial services ecosystem.
  • Experience working with digital assets, crypto-related businesses, or alternative investments.
  • Knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks and client onboarding requirements.
