Elliott Snowball is the head of the Fund & Corporate Services Recruitment division at Broadgate Search, where he leads senior-level hiring across the third-party fund and investor services market in Europe.

He partners with market-leading businesses that support the private markets and traditional investment sectors, focusing on senior appointment and commercial & business development roles.

Elliott manages a team of five specialised consultants, each responsible for a focused segment of the third-party fund services market, delivering mid to senior-level searches across areas such as depository, accounting, administration and compliance throughout the UK, Luxembourg, Dublin, and the Channel Islands.

During his five years at Broadgate, Elliott has developed the fund administration market into the company’s highest-performing area, supported by a strong network of senior and passive talent and successful searches across multiple jurisdictions.

Finance Manager
We are partnered with a real estate firm in London seeking a Portfolio Finance Manager to provide financial oversight, ensure delivery of all reporting requirements, and act as a key business partner to the property team. Responsibilities include: Own the annual compliance timetable for all entities within your structures, ensuring timely delivery of management accounts, financial statements, statutory returns, tax filings, regulatory reporting, VAT/CIS submissions, and debt covenant reporting.Coordinate internal and external teams, clearly defining deliverables, timelines, and key milestones.Agree scope of work and fees with external auditors, tax advisors, accountants, and legal partners.Monitor and evaluate provider performance, addressing issues, ensuring quality standards, and assessing value for money.Gather inputs from internal teams and oversee outsourced reporting outputs.Review financial statements, provide variance analysis against business plans, and ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness.Lead and project-manage the audit process from planning to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.Work closely with Company Secretarial teams to facilitate board approvals and statutory filings.Manage outsourced tax compliance providers and review all returns prior to submission.Support the property team on tax matters relating to acquisitions, disposals, and legislative changes.Maintain a clear understanding of cash positions across all entities; prepare periodic cash forecasts and collaborate with property teams to manage liquidity requirements.Monitor debt covenant requirements and ensure accurate, timely lender reporting.Identify and escalate covenant risks or potential breaches.Support deal teams throughout the full investment lifecycle, including financial modelling, analysis, tax considerations, and lender negotiations.Prepare accurate, high-quality quarterly investor reports and contribute to annual investor presentations and IC packs.Respond to investor queries promptly and escalate key issues where appropriate. Apply with us today!

Data and GDPR Analyst
We are partnered with a high growth bank looking for a Data and GDPR Analyst.
