Elliott Snowball

Elliott leads the Swiss Financial Services desk at Broadgate. He operates out of our London and Zug offices, where he specialises in recruiting senior sales and relationship management talent for banking and asset management firms.

After Broadgate acquired both cantonal and SECO recruitment licenses, Elliott was responsible for spearheading the growth of the financial services division in Switzerland and the wider DACH and Benelux regions.

Elliott oversees a team that supports Swiss financial services firms with appointments across accounting, risk, compliance & financial crime, and transformation & change, while also helping build their middle and back-office functions in Germany and Luxembourg.

Alongside his colleagues at Trust in SODA and DeepRec.ai, Elliott is committed to extending Trinnovo Group’s impact in Switzerland.

‘It’s been a privilege to be a part of Broadgate’s expansion over the years. I’ve had the opportunity to connect incredible people with some of the most exciting opportunities in financial services.  Our B Corp accreditation and continued commitment to raising the standard in recruitment underpin our ability to make a positive impact on the clients, candidates, and communities we support, positioning us for meaningful growth across Europe’s evolving market.’
