- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience coordinating across teams and managing schedules or logistics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, or LinkedIn is a plus.
