As a key member of the legal team, you will advise on complex legal matters tied to digital assets, fund structures, and cross-border investments, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on structuring, negotiating, and documenting transactions involving digital assets, tokenised investments, funds, and co-investments
- Provide legal guidance on fund formation, regulatory obligations, and digital asset governance
- Partner with investment, finance, and compliance teams to ensure legal risk is well-managed
- Oversee external counsel relationships on cross-border digital asset and investment matters
- Represent the legal function on strategic initiatives and regulatory developments
Ideal Profile:
- Swiss-qualified lawyer or EU-qualified with solid knowledge of Swiss law
- 8+ years of legal experience, ideally in private markets, fund structuring, or digital asset law (law firm and/or in-house)
- Familiarity with digital asset regulations, blockchain-related legal issues, or alternative investments
- Strong commercial acumen and collaborative mindset
- Fluent in English and German.
