Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of new financial systems or ERP platforms.
- Streamline existing financial workflows and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Set clear goals, provide performance feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.
- Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular financial reports and dashboards.
- Assumption of ad hoc projects and cross-divisional financial support of the managing directors.
- Participation in inter-company reconciliations and ensuring the correct internal settlement of transactions.
What You Bring:
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar role, including demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in streamlining financial processes, particularly within receivables management and core accounting operations.
- Proven ability to implement new processes and drive change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Experienced in collaborating with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
