Responsibilities include:
- Conduct credit analysis for new transactions and annual client reviews
- Monitor financial covenants to ensure ongoing compliance
- Support portfolio management activities in collaboration with the first line of defense
- Maintain and update corporate banking policy frameworks
- Assess and manage risk appetite related to corporate lending, working closely with the first line of defense
- Prepare clear and comprehensive reports for senior management
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline preferred
- Professional certifications such as FRM or CFA are an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant credit risk experience, ideally within an investment bank, corporate bank, private equity firm, or private debt provider
- Familiarity with the Swiss banking market
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess credit risks, draw conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations
- Confident in presenting clear, well-structured analysis to senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including ECB, EBA, and FINMA requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to support broader risk team initiatives as needed
- Adaptable and team-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and grow
