Responsibilities include:
- Take full responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring high-quality service and efficient administration (including handling invoices, payment preparation, and accounts payable).
- Understand the transactions you're working on and provide support or training to colleagues when needed.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships, managing expectations professionally.
- Oversee day-to-day tasks to ensure timely, accurate work and meet deadlines for transactions and internal processes, including managing WIP and debt collection.
- Delegate tasks effectively within the team to maintain high service standards.
- Carry out other administrative tasks as needed.
- Proven experience in corporate administration.
- Working towards or holding a relevant qualification (e.g. CGI or ICSA).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with specialist software (e.g., Document Management Systems, Viewpoint) is a plus.
- Strong time and task management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work independently.
