Our client, a Unicorn fund services business, are seeking an experienced senior accountant to join their growing team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the accounting and consolidation of real estate funds and related SPVs in line with Lux GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including NAV calculations, investor statements, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate capital call and distribution processes, ensuring accurate investor allocations and timely communications.
- Provide accounting support for fund transactions, working closely with internal teams throughout the investment life cycle.
- Contribute to process enhancements by identifying and implementing improvements in reporting and operational work flows.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience in the funds industry
- Experience across real estate funds
- Fluency in French and English
