The Role As a key member of the commercial team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying and closing new business across a range of client segments
- Driving client acquisition for custody, trading, and tokenisation solutions
- Working closely with product and marketing to tailor offerings to evolving client needs
- Representing the firm at key industry events, both in Switzerland and across Europe
- Proven track record in sales within financial services, fintech, or crypto
- Deep understanding of digital assets, crypto markets, or blockchain infrastructure
- Strong existing network within the financial or professional services ecosystem
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative, value-led sales approach
- Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate (EU/UK candidates with strong profiles also considered)
