The Role As a key member of the commercial team, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Identifying and closing new business across a range of client segments
  • Driving client acquisition for custody, trading, and tokenisation solutions
  • Working closely with product and marketing to tailor offerings to evolving client needs
  • Representing the firm at key industry events, both in Switzerland and across Europe
About You
  • Proven track record in sales within financial services, fintech, or crypto
  • Deep understanding of digital assets, crypto markets, or blockchain infrastructure
  • Strong existing network within the financial or professional services ecosystem
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative, value-led sales approach
  • Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate (EU/UK candidates with strong profiles also considered)
