Responsibilities include:
- Drive new business development across financial services markets
- Build and convert a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and industry engagement
- Lead full sales lifecycle from origination through to negotiation and close
- Position solutions across digital transformation, cloud, data & analytics, systems integration, and business process services
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape tailored client propositions
- Track pipeline activity and performance via CRM systems
- Stay ahead of market trends and represent the business at key industry events
Requirements:
- Proven senior sales experience within financial services, fintech, or consulting
- Strong track record of winning new business and delivering against revenue targets
- Experience selling complex, consultative solutions (e.g. transformation, cloud, or outsourcing services)
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and translating technical offerings into commercial value
- Highly organised, self-driven, and comfortable in a target-led environment
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to travel across the UK/EMEA as needed
- Understanding of regulatory and risk frameworks within financial services (e.g. SMCR)
