Responsibilities include:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for third-party AIFM/ManCo services
- Lead prospecting efforts with existing clients and new fund managers entering the EU
- Assess and qualify leads, create tailored proposals, and manage internal approval processes
- Serve as the commercial lead for RFPs and due diligence activities
- Engage senior stakeholders on delegation models, governance, substance, and regulatory matters
- Collaborate with product, legal, and onboarding teams to finalise agreements
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking and reporting via CRM tools
- Represent the company at industry events, panel discussions, and networking forums
- Stay up to date on AIFMD, UCITS, and regulatory requirements across key jurisdictions
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or structuring within fund services, ManCo, or asset management
- Demonstrated ability to sell regulated services (e.g., AIFM, UCITS ManCo, fund administration, depositary)
- Strong knowledge of AIFMD/UCITS frameworks and third-party ManCo models
- Established network of fund initiators, legal advisers, or consultants in fund structuring
- Proven success in managing complex sales processes involving institutional stakeholders
- Multilingual capabilities preferred
