We are working with a Swiss bank, with a strong focus on digital assets/crypto, looking for Relationship Managers who speak fluent Russian, with a commitment to excellence that want to grow a book of business and be highly rewarded for it.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute business strategy for the assigned client segment, including acquisition, management, and growth of the client base.
  • Manage the full client lifecycle—from onboarding and compliance coordination to delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Build and maintain a targeted prospect list, prioritising opportunities in line with cross-border regulations.
  • Promote and sell digital asset services, including custody, lending, trading, tokenization, and financial products.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales pitches and presentations in English.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient due diligence and onboarding processes.
  • Drive cross-selling opportunities and influence product and service enhancements for clients.
  • Continuously update market knowledge in finance, blockchain, and digital assets. 
Requirements:
  • 8–10 years’ experience in financial services sales, including 4–5 years in a fully regulated banking environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Mathematics; CFA/CAIA preferred.
  • Proven network within the target client segment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Russian.
