You'll be joining a small but well-established team where you will have great people to work alongside and learn from. This is a broad role where you will get great exposure to a wide range of regulatory tasks and you will have plenty of opportunities to learn in this dynamic environment.
Your Role:
- Maintain the compliance and risk frameworks - ensure policies are kept up to date
- Provide advice to the business on any upcoming regulatory changes
- Act as a key point of contact for any regulatory correspondence
- Maintain the risk register
- Conduct compliance monitoring & testing
About You:
- 5 years' experience in a compliance and/or risk role
- Experience within Financial Services - ideally Insurance
- Strong knowledge of key regulatory requirements - CPC, Operational Resilience (DORA), Outsourcing etc
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and keen to learn
