About the Role
We’re looking for a Propositions Manager to lead a transformation: shifting external marketing to a truly client-centric model. Today, clients can find themselves navigating internal silos; your work will help redesign that experience by grouping services around genuine client needs and clear value stories. Working closely with service line leaders, sector specialists, and marketing colleagues, you’ll translate technical expertise into compelling, commercially driven propositions that resonate across the full buyer journey.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain clear, differentiated propositions for services and sector offerings across the UK and Ireland.
- Translate complex technical expertise into messaging that reflects client challenges, motivations, and buying behaviour.
- Map and optimise proposition content across the full buyer journey - from awareness to decision.
- Collaborate with service and sector leaders to shape value stories, trust signals, and case studies.
- Equip internal teams with the right proposition materials to support marketing, sales, and business development.
- Bridge the gap between client-facing teams and marketing specialists (brand, content, digital).
- Monitor market trends, competitive insights, and client feedback to keep propositions sharp and relevant.
- Lead the creation of credentials and track-record statements that reinforce market credibility.
- Help fill current gaps in market research, moving from fragmented insight to a stronger understanding of client needs.
You’ll excel in this role if you bring:
- Strong commercial understanding and the ability to view propositions through the lens of client value and business outcomes.
- A deep understanding of the buyer journey and how to align messaging for each stage.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distil complex services into clear, compelling, client-centric narratives.
- Experience in proposition development, product marketing, service positioning, or a similar role.
- A collaborative mindset and confidence working with senior stakeholders - plus the resilience to navigate strong personalities and drive change.
- Curiosity, analytical thinking, and a constant drive to refine and improve.
- B2B multi-service exposure.
- The ability to shape commercially driven messaging using data and insights.
