Your Role:
- Support in managing the operational resilience & business continuity frameworks
- Support across a number of other key business areas and objectives - Fraud, IAM, Outsourcing, etc
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth operations and that there is a clear understanding of what's required from a resilience/continuity perspective across the business
- Be part of the Emergency Response and Crisis Management teams
About You:
- Experience within financial services or consultancy - Life Insurance experience is highly advantageous
- Experience working on topics such operational resilience, business continuity, and outsourcing
- Strong stakeholder/relationship management skills
- Proactive and eager to learn
