Broadgate is recruiting an operations officer for a prestigious local investment manager. Great opportunity to join a human-sized investment manager in an in-house operations role offering broad exposure across accounting operations, financial reporting, and fund support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain operational and financial reports using Excel
- Support accounting operations, reconciliations, and reporting processes across the business
- Assist with the production of management reporting and operational finance activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and support data management across internal systems
- Work closely with internal teams to support efficient day-to-day operational processes
- Financial degree or equivalent academic background
- 0–3 years of experience within the Luxembourg fund/financial sector
- Strong knowledge of Excel
