In this role you will get a broad look across their operations and support across the business in a variety of ways, building fantastic experience and gathering great insights and understanding how everything comes together!
Your Role:
- Review new business applications
- Liaise with and build strong relationships across the broker network
- Oversee the end-to-end claims process
- Lead initiatives to support the business with process improvements
About You:
- Must have Life Insurance experience
- Must have a relevant professional qualification - QFA, CIP, APA etc
- Strong understanding of the insurance and pensions markets
- Have a customer first approach
- Adaptable and have an ability to multi-task
- Strong stakeholder/relationship management
