You will work closely with senior stakeholders across product, operations and technology, ensuring commercial strategy remains aligned with client needs and evolving market opportunities.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the commercial growth strategy, expanding revenue across both new and existing client relationships.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, including client segments, service offerings and geographic expansion.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic client opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team, setting clear objectives and driving performance.
- Oversee the development of tailored proposals and commercial solutions for complex client mandates.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand services and increase wallet share.
- Work closely with product, operations and technology teams to ensure services remain aligned with client needs.
- Contribute to product development priorities and go-to-market strategy.
- Stay close to industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Report on commercial performance, including revenue growth, client acquisition and retention.
Required for this role:
- 20 years’ experience within alternatives, investment services or a related financial services environment.
- A strong track record of driving business development and commercial growth.
- Experience leading commercial or sales teams within complex financial services organisations.
- The ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders, clients and partners.
- A strategic mindset combined with a practical approach to delivering results.
