Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and review of legal documentation, including investment-related agreements and compliance materials
- Support internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory queries
- Conduct research on banking law, investment regulation, and financial market developments
- Help manage relationships with external law firms and contribute to internal legal processes
- Participate in projects linked to governance, risk, and regulatory change
Ideal Profile:
- Master’s degree in Swiss law (recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience)
- Strong interest in banking, finance, or capital markets law
- Organised, proactive, and eager to work in a structured and professional legal environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English & German.
