We’re looking for a hands-on Learning & Development Consultant to deliver engaging, practical workshops that help people and managers perform at their best. This is behavioural, facilitation-driven learning — not slide-led training.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver interactive workshops on communication, presentation, leadership readiness, managing difficult conversations, stakeholder engagement, and managing up
- Facilitate half-day, full-day, and “lunch & learn” sessions, both in-person and virtually
- Manage your own client portfolio, tailoring sessions to client needs
- Adapt quickly to different organisations and environments, including regular travel
- Experienced in facilitating L&D workshops end-to-end
- Confident leading groups and handling challenging audiences
- Skilled in behavioural/soft skills training
- Comfortable working at pace and in multiple client environments
- Flexible and open to travel, with a can-do, problem-solving mindset
