We’re working with a top-tier life insurance company seeking a Lead Financial Accountant to drive excellence in technical accounting and IFRS 17 reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead monthly IFRS reporting and play a key role in IFRS 17 implementation
- Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Ensure Solvency II and other regulatory compliance
- Manage external audit and regulator relationships
- Strengthen internal controls and support strategic financial planning
- Develop and mentor junior members of the finance team
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 5+ years PQE
- Solid experience in insurance or broader financial services
- In-depth understanding of IFRS 17 and Solvency II
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- A natural leader with a collaborative mindset
