Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting a portfolio of clients with day-to-day HR advice and guidance
  • Managing key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and restructures
  • Delivering and supporting engaging learning and development sessions
  • Tailoring HR solutions to meet different client needs and business environments
  • Building strong, professional relationships and acting as a go-to HR contact
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of HR programmes and services
  • Working closely with a collaborative team to share ideas and best practice
 
Requirements:
  • Around 1–2 years’ HR experience in an in-house environment
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong interest in developing within a consultancy setting
  • Exposure to core HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible with hybrid working and occasional travel to client sites
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards)
  • Experience delivering training or facilitating sessions
  • Exposure to tools such as DiSC, Myers Briggs, or similar
