In this role you will play a key role in supporting the CRO in engaging with the business and fostering a strong risk culture across the organisation. You will help lead the team and support them with the day to day management of the risk framework. It's a great opportunity to work with a market leading business and support their continued growth.
Your Role:
- Be a key business partner and support the strategic initiatives of the business from a risk perspective, ensuring risk is effectively managed while supporting business growth.
- Lead a strong risk team. Provide support and guidance to the team
- Manage the enterprise risk framework. Ensure policies and procedures are kept up to date and in line with regulatory requirements.
About You:
- Previous experience in a Head of Risk role
- Experience of working in Insurance
- Experience of leading a team
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence
