Responsibilities include:
- Define and implement the global Corporate & Funds strategy in line with Group objectives.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Shape and evolve the commercial proposition in collaboration with marketing and business development teams.
- Represent the business externally, driving brand visibility through market engagement and thought leadership.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, intermediaries, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements across all operating jurisdictions.
- Monitor and respond to changes in regulatory environments to maintain full compliance.
- Lead and mentor senior leaders and service line managers, fostering a high-performance and client-focused culture.
- Oversee service delivery to ensure excellence in client experience, efficiency, and operational standards.
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development across teams.
- Own financial performance of the division, managing budgets and meeting business plan targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators to drive accountability and improvement.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to targeted marketing and sales initiatives.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in corporate services, fund administration, or financial services.
- Professional qualification at Level 7 or equivalent.
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles within the sector.
