We have partnered with a leading provider of private wealth, corporate and funds to both individuals and companies globally. They are looking to employ a Group Head of Corporate & Funds.
 
Responsibilities include
  • Define and implement the global Corporate & Funds strategy in line with Group objectives.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve financial and operational targets.
  • Shape and evolve the commercial proposition in collaboration with marketing and business development teams.
  • Represent the business externally, driving brand visibility through market engagement and thought leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, intermediaries, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements across all operating jurisdictions.
  • Monitor and respond to changes in regulatory environments to maintain full compliance.
  • Lead and mentor senior leaders and service line managers, fostering a high-performance and client-focused culture.
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure excellence in client experience, efficiency, and operational standards.
  • Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development across teams.
  • Own financial performance of the division, managing budgets and meeting business plan targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to drive accountability and improvement.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to targeted marketing and sales initiatives. 
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in corporate services, fund administration, or financial services.
  • Professional qualification at Level 7 or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in senior leadership roles within the sector.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Strong client relationship management capabilities.
