FP&A Analyst | Edinburgh (Hybrid)

We’re supporting a growing business in Edinburgh with the appointment of an FP&A Analyst to join their finance team.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys working with data and turning numbers into meaningful commercial insight. The role sits close to senior leadership, giving you real exposure to decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities:
• Producing monthly financial reporting and detailed variance analysis
• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities across the business
• Developing and maintaining KPIs and performance dashboards
• Supporting the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Partnering with stakeholders to support commercial decision-making and business cases
• Assisting with financial integration work as the business continues to grow

Requirements:
• ACCA / ACA / CIMA (or equivalent) qualified
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualified experience
• Experience in FP&A or a commercially focused finance role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly
• Previous UK industry experience is essential
