Responsibilities include:
- Support in client accounting for national and international companies, especially trusts and foundations
- Posting transactions and account reconciliation
- Assistance in preparing annual financial statements
- Preparation of documents for audits
- Participation in activities for Swiss companies
- Conducting correspondence in German and English
- Supporting automation and digitalization processes
- Commercial training with advanced finance education (e.g., Accounting Clerk)
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Abacus/PeBe and MS Office
- Experience in an international environment is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English
