A UK wealth management and financial planning firm is hiring an Enterprise Risk Consultant to join a small, collaborative risk function and support the ongoing development of its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
The Role
- Support and enhance the firm’s ERM framework
- Assist with enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, and monitoring
- Maintain risk registers, controls, and risk appetite metrics
- Support risk reviews, scenario analysis, and risk reporting
- Partner with stakeholders to embed risk awareness and good risk practice
- 3–5 years’ experience in Enterprise Risk Management
- Financial services background preferred (wealth management desired)
- Good understanding of ERM frameworks and risk methodologies
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder confidence
