Responsibilities include:
- Lead the client accounting function, driving results that impact the full business line
- Oversee accounting teams and ensure delivery of accurate, timely reporting using standardised KPIs and KRIs
- Guide the development and implementation of policies, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and ensure group-wide consistency
- Design and enhance reporting frameworks within Allvue (or similar systems) to meet evolving client requirements
- Act as a senior technical point of contact for client accounting matters, providing leadership, training, and guidance to teams
- Influence and collaborate across jurisdictions to align with regulatory standards and industry best practices
- Support business development through effective presentations and clear articulation of technical concepts to prospective clients
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAEW or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally within a multi-disciplinary fiduciary or fund services environment
- Proven track record of leading specialist and cross-functional teams at a senior level
- Strong knowledge of regulatory, legislative, and industry developments relevant to client accounting
- Proficiency with Allvue or similar fund accounting systems, with the ability to optimise and adapt functionality
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities, with a proactive and improvement-focused mindset
