We are seeking a highly credible commercial leader to partner with the Head of Global Sales in leading the next phase of growth and transformation for an international B2B financial services and technology business.
This is a senior leadership role focused on two core priorities:
- Driving global revenue performance and sales leadership, and
- Modernising the sales organisation through AI, automation, data, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Global Sales to execute global commercial strategy and revenue growth initiatives
- Lead the transformation of the sales organisation from a traditional relationship-led model to a modern, AI-enabled commercial function
- Overhaul sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and performance analytics
- Implement AI and automation tools across the sales lifecycle, including lead scoring, sales enablement, forecasting, outreach, and conversation intelligence
- Drive consistency, accountability, and operational rigour across regional sales teams
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a globally distributed sales organisation and develop future sales leadership talent
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Technology, Data, Finance, and Compliance teams
- Act as a trusted deputy and strategic sounding board to senior leadership
- Proven senior sales leadership experience within financial services, fintech, SaaS, brokerage, capital markets, or complex B2B environments
- Strong track record leading large, multi-region commercial teams and delivering sustained revenue growth
- Demonstrable experience personally leading AI, automation, or sales transformation programmes with measurable commercial impact
- Deep understanding of modern sales technology stacks including CRM, sales engagement, pipeline analytics, and AI-enabled tooling
- Highly analytical with strong operational discipline and data-driven decision making
- Gravitas and credibility with clients, executives, and senior stakeholders
- Strong change-management capability with the ability to bring teams through transformation while maintaining performance
- Collaborative, low-ego leadership style with the maturity to operate as a true second-in-command
