CRM Product Owner – UK | Fibre CRM Experience Beneficial

Are you passionate about turning CRM systems into a true growth engine? We’re looking for a CRM Product Owner to take full ownership of a Fibre CRM platform, driving adoption, improving data quality, and shaping the roadmap to deliver measurable business impact.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of driving commercial performance, working across teams to streamline processes, ensure data integrity, and make the CRM the single source of truth for insights. You’ll also lead releases, champion training, and embed consistent ways of working that improve client outcomes and revenue.

What you’ll do:
  • Own the CRM roadmap, backlog, and priorities, translating strategy into clear outcomes.
  • Drive adoption through training, comms, and a superuser network.
  • Lead release management: UAT, readiness checks, and user communications.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity with governance KPIs, validation, and deduplication.
  • Coordinate teams and vendors to manage BAU, support, and enhancements.
  • Own change control, compliance, and audit-ready processes.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience managing a CRM platform in BAU: roadmap, backlog, and stakeholder governance.
  • Proven success driving adoption and behavioural change across teams.
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end release management.
  • Strong process and data governance expertise.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
  • Fibre CRM experience would be highly beneficial.
