Roles & Responsibilties
- Support the incorporation and structuring of Luxembourg companies, including drafting documentation and coordinating with directors, notaries, lawyers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the ongoing corporate administration of client entities, ensuring legal compliance, handling company correspondence, maintaining statutory registers, and safeguarding official records.
- Coordinate governance processes, including preparing and organising board meetings and AGMs, attending meetings, and drafting minutes.
- Oversee operational and regulatory requirements, such as bank account openings, KYC documentation, legal filings with relevant registers, and assisting clients with business permit applications.
- Maintain strong client relationships, responding to requests and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth administration of managed entities.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 0-2 years of experience - relevant experience in corporate services
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and Luxembourg company law
- Fluent in French and English
