Your Role:
- Embedding a strong compliance culture within the business
- Ensuring all policies and procedures stay up to date with key regulatory requirements
- Provide advice and challenge to the business on key topics
- Prepare compliance reports to be presented to the board
- Develop and deliver training to staff across the business
- Conduct compliance monitoring and testing
About You:
- Experience working within the insurance and/or reinsurance sector
- 7+ years compliance experience
- Professional qualification/certification in compliance is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with other key business units
