Working closely with senior leaders across commercial, operations, technology and compliance, you will take ideas from concept through to launch and play a key role in shaping future product strategy.
In this role, you will:
- Identify new market opportunities by analysing industry trends, client demand and competitor activity.
- Develop business cases and commercial models for new products, services and market expansion.
- Design and structure new service offerings aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with operations, technology, legal and compliance teams to bring new solutions to market.
- Lead the launch and go-to-market strategy for new products and services.
- Support the commercial team with client engagement and sales enablement.
- Monitor performance and client feedback to refine and evolve new offerings.
- Act as a subject matter expert on innovation, contributing to the organisation’s broader growth strategy.
Requirement for the role:
- 15–20 years’ experience within private markets, fund administration, or a related financial services environment.
- Exposure to product development, commercial strategy or market expansion initiatives.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into practical commercial solutions.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across multiple teams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
